“Clean and convenient. Suiten layout was not the best as bathroom could only be accessed through main bedroom. Bathroom had only one hook to hang towels and no other hooks in rooms. Shower curtain was too short and shower head could not be angled so water sprayed onto bathroom floor.”

“Historic hotel, renovated but air conditioning way too noisy and room (like ours) on the highway have permanent noise (windows do not have double glazing). Service is welcoming.”

“Old property, i had to change my room twice because if leakages. The staff was good and they cooperated but i dont think ill ever book holiday inn again.”

“Expensive for the actual experience. No breakfast/coffee only. We are not coffee drinkers. Room was outdated and showed signs of wear. Fine if you're just in and out overnight and then on your way...but not comfortable for a longer stay.”

“Premetto che l’hotel e la stanza sono carini e tenuti bene , l’unico appunto è relativo al discorso “angolo cottura” . Ho scelto la stanza con la cucina e mi sono trovata una stanza praticamente identica a quella senza con la differenza di un lavandino e una piastra ad induzione con un fornello. Zero sedie zero tavolino, della serie cucini poco e mangi sul letto oppure in piedi . Non è assolutamente giustificabile la differenza di prezzo per i servizi di questa ipotetica cucina . Abbiamo chiesto...

“We had a problem with getting the shuttle to pick us up at the airport to take us to the hotel. The desk person forgot to send the shuttle right after I requested it. We waited over a half an hour, so I called again. We finally got the shuttle. Everything else was fine.”

“We had an amazing time at Zota Beach Resort. Food at the restaurants is 10/10. It is not necessary to leave the resort to find places to it. Amenities were in great conditions. Heated pool. Beautiful beach”

“Maintenance guys woke me up in the morning. They wanted to service AC unit in every room. Everyone on the floor was pissed. Apparently, They just couldn't wait until everyone is checked out.”
