“Top notch ”

“The staff were wonderful. We went in January and it was not crowded. Every person we interacted( front desk, valet, cleaning ,even the manager walked around to say hi, with was so nice. The food was great the hotel was super clean. Bar drinks were weak but the service was exceptional. Lots of kids on the weekend so maybe do not book a pool room due to noise. The views were wonderful. Staff was always working to do touch ups around the building ( cleaning painting, even the deck/pool/flowers...

“L'hotel è vicino alla spiaggia, basta attraversare la strada e percorrere una cinquantina di metri. La stanza è grande, comprende una comoda cucina con frigo, forno microonde, tostapane, stoviglie, lavandino, piano di cottura, caffettiera, ecc. La pulizia è buona. Bagno piccolo, ma funzionale, con una grande doccia. Comoda la lavanderia all'interno dell'albergo. Posto macchina gratuito, connessione wifi ok.”

“Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.....

“The front desk clerk was very welcoming, hotel was very clean . Our room was very comfortable and the property including restaurants, pool and tiki bar area were well maintained. We ate at the Tiki Bar and restaurant and the food and drinks were good. Great location on the beach!”

“The first room had a bad odor. The gentlemen at the front desk was quick to give us another room that was perfect. Very friendly and the room was perfect. Only downside was the breakfast wasn't worth it.”

“We loved our stay. Front office staff very kind! Our bayside suite views were phenomenal, plenty of dolphin sightings right from your balcony. Beautiful sunrises out the back, gorgeous beach sunsets in the front of the building. Loved the organization and management of a hotel but yet the functionality of a condo-like suite with full kitchen and bedrooms. Can’t wait to go back!”
